Feedback Window

The feedback window is the three hours after a game’s end time. During those three hours the game is still settling: ratings are being collected, the lineup can still be adjusted, money tied to the game is still locked, and the host can still cancel.

Think of it as the game’s cooldown — the match is over in real life, but its book on Furbol isn’t closed yet.

When it starts and ends

  • Starts: at the game’s scheduled end time.
  • Ends: exactly three hours later.

What’s possible during the window

  • Rating and feedback. Players can rate their teammates and the host. See Rating and Feedback.
  • Unbooking. A player who didn’t show up can still be removed from the lineup; they can still remove themselves. See Being Removed from a Game.
  • Host cancellation. The host can still call off the game — unusual, but allowed. See Cancelling a Game.
  • Voting “not played”. Players can flag that the game didn’t actually happen. The result influences what happens to host earnings.

What’s locked during the window

  • Host earnings. Money from the game sits in the host’s wallet but can’t be cashed out yet. See Host Earnings and Cashing Out.
  • Final stats and levels. Stats only finalise once the window closes.

What happens when it closes

  • Ratings are sealed — no more changes.
  • The lineup is locked permanently.
  • Host earnings flip from pending to available for cash out.
  • The game is considered fully concluded — it stays in everyone’s history as a played game.
