Following Venues

If you have a pitch you like playing at, you can follow its venue. Furbol will let you know when new games open up there.

What follow does

When a host publishes a new game at a venue you follow, you get a notification — the same kind followers of the host get, and anyone who’s nearby. It’s a simple way to stay ahead of games at your favourite centre without having to check manually.

How to unfollow

Unfollow the same way you followed — from the venue’s page. You stop getting new-game notifications for that venue from that moment on. Existing bookings you already have there are untouched.

One-way relationship

Following a venue is one-directional: you subscribe to the venue, the venue doesn’t care. It’s different from following another Furbol user, but it uses the same word for consistency.

Custom venues

Custom (one-off) venues created for a specific game aren’t followable in a useful way — there’s only ever one game on them. Following is meant for regular pitches that see repeat traffic.
