Sold Out

Sold Out

Sold out means the game has reached its maximum number of players. No more spots.

Every game has a minimum (its quorum) and a maximum. The moment the maximum is reached, the game is sold out.

Being sold out is different from hitting quorum:

  • A game hits quorum when it has enough players to go ahead. It’s on from that moment, but more players can still join — up to the maximum.
  • A game is sold out when no more players can join, full stop.

If a player leaves a sold-out game, the game is no longer sold out. A spot has opened up.
