These terms govern your use of Furbol — the mobile apps, this website, and any related service. By signing up for Furbol you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Furbol helps people find football games near them, join games organized by other users, and host games of their own. The rules that govern games, hosting, and participation are described in the Furbol guide.

Your account

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold a Furbol account.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it.

How you use Furbol

You agree not to:

• Use Furbol to break any law.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Post or share violent, hateful, or illegal pornographic content.
• Use Furbol to send spam or to scam other users.
• Interfere with the service or try to access it in ways we don't offer.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to any person.
• Scrape data or automate interactions with the service.

Hosting games

When you host a game on Furbol, you agree to the host responsibilities described in the guide, including showing up, running the game honestly, and handling cancellations fairly. Furbol may take action (including removing you as a host) if you don't.

Payments and refunds

Some games require a participation fee. The rules that govern when you pay, when you can get a refund, and how hosts are paid out are described in the guide.

Content you post

You keep ownership of content you post on Furbol (your profile, messages, ratings). You grant Furbol a limited license to display and distribute it within the service as needed to run it.

Our rights

We may change, suspend, or end Furbol features at any time. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Furbol is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to what the law allows.

Injuries and conduct at games

Furbol connects people who play football. What happens at the pitch is between the players and the host. Furbol does not supervise games, referee play, or take responsibility for injuries, damages, or disputes that happen during a game.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and/or by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with them.
